Here's a story of how crazy Malaysians can get.

This was what I was looking for.
I brought the empty bottle and asked the lady there if they have this.

There were two types of Seven Seas next to each other and she pointed me to this.
Any fool can see that these are multivitamins.
I also asked for cod liver oil and omega 3.

Seeing that I will be using MY money to get what I want,
I looked at the cod liver oil next to the multivitamin above.
It also has vitamins A, D and E,
which was exactly what I want,
but it doesn't have omega-3.
While I was checking and comparing contents of both bottles,
this lady starts yelling at me,
repeatedly saying,
"This one is multivitamins, that one is cod liver!!!"
The point I am trying to get across is that this is Malaysia. In Malaysia, there is no space for discussion. In Malaysia, people tell and expect others to be told and do as they are they told to do without questioning. If she says multivitamins is equivalent to what I am looking for, I am supposed to follow her suggestion without questioning. She dealt with me the way she would have dealt with buffaloes in her farm land. If it is told to plough the land, it should, otherwise it will get whipped. If I am told to get multivitamins, I should, otherwise I get yelled at.
Look at her comment. It doesn't even make sense. She lacks the ability to explain, but she wants me to blindly follow the 9 meaningless word of hers. Had I gone to any Boots pharmacy in UK and asked any lady there for what I was looking for, she would not tell me which to get, but instead, she would tell me what options I have and why I need what I need. That is how it should be, as a consumer, I should have the right to choose, not do what anyone wants me to do!!! This is not China as illustrated in the books Wild Swans and A Daughter of China.
