I never thought about it this way, but it is so true! When we go for interviews, we are expected to be experts by our interviewers who are not expert interviewers themselves! They might be experts in their field, but they lack the skills to interview, yet our success (or failure) depends on their decision.
Changes should be made! We want expert interviewers for every interview session! Interviewers who can tell apart the liars from those who perform badly simply because they cannot make every task they've performed sound like a trip to Disneyland!!
